No. Learning about income diversification before having significant savings in place is still a great idea.  We teach strategies that work no matter where you are in the process of building wealth.

The Masterclass includes live coaching sessions, videos, workbooks, self-assessments, and supplemental spreadsheet tools.

Typically, we do a deep dive into a specific section of course content, work through exercises, and reserve time for open coaching.  The group interaction is powerful  - we highly recommend attending as many as you can!

There is more than one path to becoming a real estate investor. We will explore the homeownership to rental property path, and will also explore "house hacking" and "rentvesting" real estate strategies. 

Of course!  We allocate time during each of the live sessions to answer questions from course participants.  If you have a question, someone else taking the course probably does too and will appreciate you asking it!

Our students are typically motivated people who want to achieve three things: 1.) Learn about income diversification 2.) Put plans in place to develop multiple streams of income and 3.) Start implementing key elements of that plan right away in their lives.

This varies widely depending on your goals.  The course is designed for people who want to learn how to diversify their income and immediately start implementing an action plan to make it happen.  We recommend committing  5-8 hours per week during the 6-week live Masterclass to learning the concepts and creating a personal action plan. 

The You Unlimited  Masterclass is not a “one size fits all” approach and is the foundation for other other coaching programs. We coach you to assess and leverage your unique skills and current resources, then build on them to create your unique path. Cynthia and Dave are CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professionals who have gone through this process for themselves and have successful businesses serving clients creating multiple sources of income.

No worries!  All live sessions are recorded and will be available in the course portal for viewing a few days following that session.

Absolutely.  If you have completed the coursework and are not completely satisfied with the course, you may request a refund at any time up to 30 days after course completion.
